Planning events for groups, teams and solo travellers

Plan things together
without the chaos

Tripeo is a mobile app for planning events, team building and get-togethers — with friends, family, the whole company, or on your own. Agree on the date and the place in a poll, build a day-by-day itinerary, keep track of who owes whom how much, and share the photos afterwards — all in one app.

WHAT TRIPEO IS

A tool, not another social network

No wall, no likes, no strangers. It doesn't collect followers and doesn't try to keep you inside — you open it when something needs sorting out and close it once it's sorted.

No feed to keep up with

Nothing is waiting to be scrolled. The event overview shows what's pending — who hasn't voted, what nobody is bringing, who owes what. When nothing is pending, the app stays quiet.

Only your group

People get in through a link you send them. Nothing is public, nobody is recommended to anyone, and the photos live on the organiser's own Drive — not with us.

The whole event, not one feature

Polls, itinerary, places, money, to-dos, rides and photos in one app. No stitching five tools together and hoping everyone reads the right thread.

FEATURES

The whole event in one place

From the first poll to the last debt settled. Eight things that save you from sorting it out across five different chat threads.

Polls that actually settle it

The date, the place, or “are we bringing the grill?” — everyone ticks what works for them. A household gets one vote, so a family of four can’t outvote the rest. Polls can have a deadline, and what wins goes straight into the event.

A day-by-day itinerary

A timeline with times, places and notes. Everyone can push the finished plan into their phone calendar, or print it as a PDF together with the to-dos and the backpack.

Places of the event

Lodging, restaurants, stops and day trips in one list — each with a category and contact details. Add a place by pasting a Google Maps link, and keep the ones worth repeating in your favourites for next time.

One map for everything

The itinerary, the places and the options of a running poll on a single map, with a filter by category. Navigation starts with one tap.

Money without the awkward maths

Log who paid for what and who it concerns. Tripeo works out who owes whom how much, converts foreign currencies at a rate, and turns a debt into a QR payment. The budget shows what the event ended up costing.

To-dos and the backpack

Who books the cabin, who buys the firewood, who brings the speaker. In the backpack everyone ticks off their own, and it’s clear what’s still missing.

Transport and carpooling

Who drives what, from where and with whom. Anyone with spare seats offers them; anyone without a car hops in.

Photos and files on your own Drive

The event owner connects their Google Drive and opens a shared gallery for the group, plus a folder for tickets, bookings and maps. The files stay on their Drive — nobody pays for extra storage anywhere.

AND ALSO

The small things that decide it

Things you only notice on the second event — and then never want to be without.

A group is optional

Plan your own event exactly the same way — a day-by-day itinerary, places on the map, a backpack, expenses and photos. In an event that’s just you, the polls and the splitting simply don’t come up.

People without the app

Add someone who doesn’t want to install anything. If they change their mind, they scan a QR code and take over their own payments.

Invite by link or QR

Send the link however you like. A new member waits for your approval, so nobody unexpected ends up in the event.

Comments where they belong

A discussion sits on the actual place, to-do or itinerary item — not in one shared thread where it gets lost.

A heads-up about the weather

If the forecast turns bad in the week before the event, we’ll tell you. Not about every shower — only when it’s worth changing something.

Notifications that don’t nag

Departure is close, a poll is closing, someone changed something. You choose which kinds reach you at all.

Turn off what you don’t use

A barbecue in the garden needs neither transport nor a backpack. The owner keeps only the sections that make sense.

Notes for the whole group

The door code, the wifi password, the owner’s phone number. Pin the important ones to the top so nobody has to go hunting.

Light and dark mode

Follows your system, or pick one. Whether you’re reading the plan on a sunny slope or in a tent at night.

English and Czech

The language comes from the phone, so a half-international group gets along. Notifications too — everyone receives them in their own language.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps to an event that happens

Creating an event
1

Create the event

Name it, add a description and suggest possible dates and places.

Inviting the group
2

Bring the others in

Share the invite link through any app. One tap is all it takes.

Planning together in the app
3

Agree and go

The group votes on the date and the place. Then it’s just the plan, the to-dos and the money — and the photos at the end.

TAKE A LOOK

A clear interface designed to keep everything that matters within reach.
